Additional funding of $442,073 is needed. However, this includes $125,035 as a contingency factor, which if not required, reduces the gap to $317,038. Also, there are desirable elements, including the manufactured climbing rock, a kiosk, a shade trellis, and a restroom, that could be added later. The estimated cost of these particular items is $64,000; if eliminated, the gap is reduced to $253,038.
